Where do you ship from?

Depending on our stock levels and your location, your order could be shipped from Montreal (Canada), Champlain (New York, USA) or Galashiels (United Kingdom).

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Please find below a list of countries to which we ship. If your country is not on the list, the shipping costs could be more than 50 USD. Please check with our customer service at info@mmtum.com for an exact estimate.

How long will it take to get my package?

Transit times depend on each unique order. Generally, the estimated transit time is 3 to 7 business days from the day your order is placed, except on statutory holidays and weekends. We work hard to ship your order to you as soon as possible. While most orders ship within three business days, some orders might take a little longer to arrive.

To calculate overall transit times for your order, add the product(s) you want to purchase to your shopping cart. The site will then provide you with delivery options based on your location and the contents of your order.

Which carriers do you use?

If you are based in the United States, your order will be shipped by UPS or USPS. Orders made in Canada will be shipped by Canada Post. If your order is made anywhere outside North America, it will be shipped by Canada Post, Royal Airmail, UPS, DHL or Yodel depending on your location as well as stock availability.

Will my order have a tracking number?

All orders within North America (USA and Canada) are traceable. Orders outside of this region may or may not be traceable; if your order is traceable, you will receive a tracking number shortly after shipping has been confirmed.

Can I pay for faster delivery?

At this time, the only shipping options available are those shown on the site after you update your cart. However, if you need your order delivered by a specific date, please email or call us beforehand to ensure we meet your deadline.
